Carbon Leakage and Carbon Taxes

i wanted to talk a little bit more about the carbon tax that are coming up. Carbon leakage is essentially the concept that omissions can s in one country and cause business to go to this this country where the regulations are less stringent, because it's easier to do business. I mean, i think it's completely unrealistic to think of a globaly enforced carbon price minimum. And it might actually be too late for that.
