The Last Thing They Need

I don't think they have, i don't, i'm not speaking so much of a hand out to make them dependent on the us. What i'm speaking at as some kind of fundamental just ability to own something from which they can build economically,. And that's not, that doesn't take the form of just being dependent on the government, or being dependent on welfare. I think that's the last thing they need soe i think that's disappointing and debilitating.
