"We see people want to segregate on the basis of some immutable characteristic that's just that's un-american," she says. "Part of the problem with intersectionality is you keep looking down for characteristics oh it's black, a woman and this instead of going up to what physicists call super-ordinated identities", he adds. 'The whole thing just falls apart so somebody had to somebody had to write a book about how to do this'
