Google Spread Sheets - The Basic Idea of the Package?

We want there to be a function that plays the role of reed table or read c s v. The idea is to have this blissfully simple experience where you point this function at a local file and it just shows up in your workspace as a daa frame. So that's the goal. Google sheets can write spread sheets, which we do not attempt to do with read excel. But it's, i think it's mostly about the reading ye. And this is incredibly important write, because a lot of people are working in spread sheets.
