A Year in the Life of a Reacter

Tat: I was talking to someone about what she wanted to do before the end of the year. She has a very reactive job in many ways, where she's on call. What i recommended for her was that she take a little bit of time right now to to block out some time toward the end of this year. Tackling issues such as reference filing can also help us get into an annual rhythm and feel like we've made it through 2013.
