Is Tobromitin the Best Anti-Sudomonal Drug?

Aminoglycoside has a spectrum of action that covers staphylococci and gram-negative organisms. It doesn't cover pseudomonas so much, but it does cover TB as does Tobromitin. Up until about 10 or 15 years ago, Scotland and the rest of the UK were using careful sporens as their sort of gram- negative cover for empirical treatment of infection.
