The Shared Brown Plan for a Payroll Deposit Insurance Account

I am more optimistic that there could be legislation to create a payroll deposit and insurance account. It remains unclear if Patrick McHenry is gonna run for reelection and stay in Congress. I'm not saying it's a high probability, but you have two committee chairman, one on the Senate side's up for reelection, and would like to get something done.
