How Do You Know if You Feel Confusion?

Your moon is in the twelfth house. It's conjunct the ascendant, which means you're a twelveh house moon. On top of it, you've got neptune in the first house. People misread your emotions all the damned time. So instead of saying, oh, buck, what's wrong with me? I don't know how i feel, to be able to belike, ok, i'm confused. What i would recommend doing is see if you can breathe into your chest and torso into the feelings. You'll get a charley horse.
