Dell's Lean Data Solution for Lead Routing

IT has been pretty happy with the fact that you brought mean data to Dell. They're thrilled. And then of course, lean data is such a dynamic tool that we've kind of applied it to other instances that weren't even initially thought of of just lead routing. So they come to me all the time and they say we're facing this issue. It's super manual process. What can we do? And then me as the lean data product owner, I can make any sort of recommendations and they love talking to me because just to make their lives easier. That's awesome.
