Competitive Strategy to Attract Foreign Investment

When you get ahead in certain respects as a country, you then have further advantages in the next round of competition. It's kind of like in my home state of Indiana that the state government has a strategy of cutting the tax rate to attract investment from other states. So I don't know that that is going to work as a model in the long term for them either.
