Getting Over the Fear of Asking Dub Questions
i'm an introvert, specially at the beginning when i don't know people. I figure out my things before i say something. As you have more band with you have more wiggle room to ask these questions because it's sort of built into the position. But a lot of people are scared to look silly, or any of those hips of things. Some of the most impressive people that i met, that i've interviewed, they try to ask overly simplistic, or what they would consider dumb questions. Those are the ones that don't get asked enough any more.
