The commission report says you can still have life tenure as a justice without amending the constitution. I think that's delusional, but whatever to me, i think it's delusional. They released this report before the court released its decision on s b eight. It just doesn't grapple with the prospect that this court might find it unconstitutional,. notwithstanding all their very nice arguments to the contrary.
