Automated Weapons

How do you define automated weapons? And can we actually get to international consensus on what those definitions look like? For sure, it is a topic of conversation. There's already been new stories that are like, you know, is this your first use of an autonomous right weapon in Russian drones in particular? There was also a case in Syria. It's one of these things where it's early days, but there's a lot of questions and a lot of things to think about.
