Is There a Cure for Chronic Illness?

Western medicine likes solutions. Likes diseases where you can check a diagnostic box and then there's a nice cure or procedure you can do. And for the most part, you just didn't have that kind of condition. What our health care system is less good at are conditions that are systemic. So i think what we need, and what i call for in this book, is a much more coordinated kind of care. Perhaps the advent of centres that can treat auto immune disease, that can treat these immunemetyto diseases often go hand in hand in a more coordinated and helistic way.
