Coaches and mentors help students discern, wat what is going on in this moment? Where do i need to focus my effort? Even if you can't, like discern it, having the coach is there and other people who are going through the same thing can point it out. So we really take that approach of looking at things holistically and supporting the students at that level. And it's never telling them what to do, which is what i love. It really is a discussion, o ok, here's what they're not seeing. What do we do we not do? How do we guide? How do what are they missing? And then we work together to facilitate that for them
