The Risks of Leverage and Margin Restrictions

It seems like at least in the States you know government's really restrictive about leverage and margin. Most retail folk can't trade options, can't trade swaps any sort of derivative. In crypto there's a huge amount of scamming going on whether it's fake platforms that take your money or telegram groups advertising things that aren't true. The worst scams don't originate from people in the US with an office in San Francisco who you can go and talk to as a regulator they actually originate from other places very difficult to shut down.
