How to Be a Good Project Manager
A good project manager needs to be enthusiastic and passionate about the project. And if you want your team to care about the project because you want to see the successful completion of it, then you need to inspire them. This is where I think the job gets really exciting. You have one goal - share that goal with the team and your purpose is to make this project successful. It's all about building this relationship and inspiring the team members to do the best work.
