He says he has been tough on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg but that his problems are "way above his head" The big tech companies like Apple, Google and Amazon are seeing growing pains according to Sutter. But it looks like the bigs are going to stay big as long as they don't change their ways too much or get out of touch with consumers' needs for instantaneously delivered news.
