The Importance of Courage in Leadership

The best advice I can give to anybody is honestly trust your gut instincts and trust the data a little bit more. A lot of what we've done is kind of at the expense of many a sleepless night and a lot of awkward conversations sitting in the executive team setting trying to work through different problems. And if you're not trying new things, you're quickly going to fail. You've got to constantly be innovating whether you would your people, your processes or your products.
