The Black Box of Product Management

I think that created an amazing feedback loop where it resonated with some people. And I also felt that I was uniquely suited to write about product management because I had no idea about product management, war tech or anything. It's this whole discipline is a black box. So we see a lot of people like, oh, you know, I'm going to write because I want to tell people how I did things. But this is actually part of the process of developing who you are as a product leader.
