Is There a Mechanism Within Science to Like Snap Out?
There's a sense that I don't know if there's a mechanism within science to like snap out of it. If you're done the wrong track, usually you get it right. When you don't, it's very costly. There's so many factors that line up to perpetuate that flocking behavior. No one does replication science because your career doesn't advance through replicating someone else's work. And contrary indications are ignored or downplayed.
