The Booths of Ananus

Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling. There he overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. On the temple mount you have a whole section that is designated for the gen tile, the outsider. They are not allowed to go into the courts of the temple. That's their space. And what what the priesthood had done, as they had turned it into a market place, a place of worship designated for the outsider. This is why jesus gets so angry and frustrated.
