Before the financial crisis hit, you were involved in conversations to buy it alongside the discovery land with the original owner. By 2012, we had product on the ground and we had an ample willing buyer population. We built spec product at the very right time in the economy for it to be sitting there where there was very little in the ski market nationally that had been built.
