The Importance of Humor in Improv Comedy

I think if school was not completely useless, improv comedy would be one of the required things that children learn. It's unclear to me whether the process of training someone in improv comedy actually makes them funnier. But there is a way at getting better at interacting with other people in a way that's generative.
