The Importance of Dynamic Binding

It was like when I was figuring out what dynamic binding did at first, using the C++ C front compiler. Once I understood what it was doing, it took a lot longer to understand why. Because there wasn't that motivation. It's just, oh, well, we need dynamic binding. Yeah. Well, why? There's something in here around philosophy and like Plato's cave and all that kind of stuff.
