The care coaching model came about after a gallop survey. The premise was, if we work on leaders building strong relationships with their people, the results will come as a result of tha. And so that's the main premise and principle of what our coaching programme is all about. We want to differentiate the way we coach at alta compared to most of our competition, and, frankly, compared to most in the industry.
