The Implications of the Snowden Leaks
Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gerstovich is being detained and charged with espionage by Russia. He's the first journalist that Russia has arrested for espionage since the Cold War. A court ordered him to be held in custody until May 29 saying that he collected information that constitutes a state secret. His lawyers say fortunately that his health is good and he is grateful for the outpouring of support he's received.
