Reaching Out to Someone or Wanting to Reconnect With Someone

When you're reaching out to somebody or wanting to reconnect with someone, be really clear about what it is you're looking for. If you do get a general be it a zoom or whatever in person on the phone, you really have to do your homework and know who that person is because when you don't and you start asking me questions that if you just googled for two seconds, it's almost insulting. Like even when there was no Google and we had to do this all like by hand in books and like that, you had to do it. So your job is to know who you're talking to.
