The Growth of Atlassian's Design Ops Function

Atlassian is rapidly scaling its design ops team. By the end of our fiscal year which ends in at the end of June will have 12 fingers crossed if I can get butts in the seat by the end of the following quarter we should have 16. And part of that is because we plan to grow significantly as a company Atlassian in the next three years, and obviously that means our design team is going to grow as well. When you're a design ops team of one, you can only you only have a certain vantage point.
