The government hesitates to bring the platform down, so they are kind of forced to shift their strategy from curtailing speech to steering the sation through siber troopers. This is something i so i interviewed many protesterss who joined street protest a couple of times, but also many activists. And when i spoke to those people, what came up in many of those conversations was the lack of fear for the government.
