The Importance of Breathing
I just do yoga. And then once in a while, I'll jog or play basketball. That's what I get for cardio. If they don't have a yoga practice, get it because that is like the greatest practice ground to notice our breath and how important our breath is as we move into these uncomfortable places outside of our comfort zone. It really is such a de-stressor and optimizes everything.
