The Importance of Spirituality

I feel like you can believe in interconnectedness without necessarily having to say that you believe in some sort of Greater power Necessarily like I know what resonates for me, but it's like I just know how it's so individual. There is so much emphasis on very specific ways that you can quote-unquote be spiritual And it's like that's not even accurate Like there's a ton of spirituality in atheism.
