Can I Bring Those Foods Back In?
Some of the foods, like gluten in my opinion and sugar, I don't find it necessary to bring those back in. There really isn't any good purpose. And maybe eggs, since they are full of nutrients that can be helpful, maybe those are something you might want to add back in at the appropriate time. To really get an understanding of how your body is without a food, you really have to at least 10 days, but two weeks is more ideal.
