The SNL Bubble, Real Estate Crisis
The Fed, after the stock market crash in 87, lowered interest rates. And it went into a mini SNL bubble that blew up. I also saw Kitter P. Buddy blow up in that low interest rate environment. That was a low Wall Street firm. I saw the Orange County fraud where that pension fund was starving for yield to make their obligations. So they bought a bunch of product they didn't understand because the guy who was running it was a dope.
