The UK Energy System in a Net Zero Future?
To decarbonise the UK's economy, we really need to electrify everything that can possibly be electrified. I have my doubts as to whether the country will be able to build much more nuclear. It's politically very difficult long-term, it's too expensive at this point compared to renewables. There would be the big components. The challenge with that mix is that with electricity of getting supply and demand to match.
