Jasons, i'm great. I appreciate the opportunity to chat with you. Can we kick things off with the little background on your m an a experiences as a public company in the late nineties? It wasn't maybe three years after they gave me the rains that they started letting us make some small acquisitions. Eventiually grew to bigger size deals. And a lot of them were all within our industries that we we were doing a lot of business and the manufacturing industries that we were in.
