If i were writing this book in his stead, i would simplify the rules for sure. Cut out number ten, probably cut out a couple of others. And then instead of sharing 99 different examples, like in the next chapter, i would share 15 or 20. The free formness of it is what allows the creativity. But trying to lock it into some of these rules, i feel it can hinder that. As much as he wants to say that it's helpful so i don't, i don't think i'm going to even attempt any of these rules.
