YouTube's Unrate Limited Chat Room

YouTube premieres feel like the oldest, most traditional TV thing possible. But they're also interesting to me because it is one place where YouTube is being a little bit Internety and an unrate limited chat room expresses excitement. It's enjoyable as a participant in a chat to see like, Whoa, the chat room's going wild, right? And you don't get that if you have to use rate limiting tools. That's not a chat room. Then it's just like an emotion room. The restrictions of rate limiting do not allow the same kind of expression of emotion to occur.
