There is still a material under supply of block chain engineers, right? And so it almost doesn't matter, you know, if you have the right talent. The companies that get the most attention are companies that are believed to be sort of the picks and shovels,. Those companies, without question, i think, are the most in demand and most focused on. But we're definitely seeing more activity there, but it's, but they're super, super conservative.
