Do You Feel More Pressure on Women in the Natural Sciences?

There's an intellectual awirness. Guess it starts thereye, ther's an intellectual one. Do you feel added pressure? Sometimes people who are accomplished women in the natural sciences,. they feel ti sense that they have extra responsibility. They not only have to be a top flight scientist and researcher... but at the same time, they have to also be a roll model for other women. To some extent, i's it's even harder. But i can see this is improving ove o other time. And i and i'm also getting older.
