Is There a Need for a Scheduler?
Scheduling, figuring out who needs to be at each meeting and like my mind explodes. What happens is that there's four or five people that end up being in a specific meeting almost always. And then we don't make it mandatory if someone wants to invite someone as a contributor to that decision. It's not mandatory for that person to come. So long as we have that kind of recurring nature to it that we don't have to plan every single time.
