I want to lead from the front. I think that success for me is monetery, but it's also, it is leaving something behind that can really help those around me. And if that's an organization where people can thrive in, i think, selfishly, for me, i like helping people. Another a strategy that i've used for a long time, especially when i was getting started, is to set unreasonable goals onn with no time constraint. Like, there's no time constraint, but you have a north star that's so far away that it really keeps you motivated. At the worst, i've become five times smartb as a marketer as i was before.
