When do you stop? Oh, boy. When you get the sound of the negative cultures or do you stop before then? You know, so many times we treat sepsis, but we never get a successful culture just because cultures are not always successful. I think going beyond maybe three days, if you didn't have some reasonable suspicion that there was infection here and you can be guided by their course.
