Is India a Super Power?

There is no space on this planet for three super powers. It's very hard for that, for such a scenario to emerge. If it emerges, it will only be a transient scenario. So we are already seeing a byforcation of the global systems. We are already in the cold war two point zero. The world is now bifercating into a bi polar system.
