The Take Out Is Going to Be a Big Part of Restaurant Sales
Take out is going to continue to be this big part of sales at restaurants in th future. When the family doesn't agree on something, they get two different casines delivered and everyone's happy. I think it's almost like christmas when people realize they can feed a family of four or six. Now for restaurant workers, i think the tide has changed. I think they now have leverage. And the good skilled workers have a ton of leverage, and i think it's good. It's about time. They need to be treated better, paid better.
