How to Win a Game
The ultimate thing is to win the game, but there are going to be points where you're losing against the other side. So it creates this safety net for team members to feel like they can then start to try things and experiment because that's what you do in a game. If we don't keep score, it's just practice. And then finally, the third circle that also interconnects kind of Ben diagram style with critical number in the middle is if we do all that, by golly, I deserve something. That's what we call provide a stake in the outcome.
