How to Cope With Grief
I think we don't give ourselves credit enough sometimes for how much shock takes over before grief can even turn up. Like you said, you're just on automatic making jokes because that's what you would do. And then to have that taken away from you and sort of thrust into grief is a really, really shocking. It's such a weird experience. I think it is, I think I realized as well, like you mentioned, it doesn't make sense. If you could choose, if you could choose how you'd go, you'd go quickly.
