The Importance of Feedback in Executive Recruitment

I wouldn't say criticism, but some of the feedback might be a little hard to digest. I haven't quite experienced one where the recruiter goes, look, you really need to do this. But for the recruiters, there was a few that just ghosted me and I'm just like, what happened during that call? It took a few of those, why are they all ghosting me? They're obviously reaching out for a reason, but why am I just striking out?
