The Principles of Pronation and Supination

The principles of the game change based on foot positioning. When I'm in a frontal plane motion I start to use the inversion eversion quality of the foot still pronation supination of the foot but it's in a different plane so I'm stressing those structures differently up the chain. You have three phases of the foot you got a rear foot midfoot and forefoot and all those phases are doing different things at different times based on what part of the foot and where the loading is.
