If aliens came and they were much smarter than us, would their first response be white-pot human beings? I mean, that's what almost every science fiction movie assumes, but is that real? If some being out there in space has reached an advanced stage where they can travel light years to reach Earth and investigate us, maybe, why would they want to kill us? Wouldn't they want to trade with us? Isn't there something value we can provide for them?"
